*We use high quality HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) on all garments.

SIZING:
*The unisex sweatsuits are true to size.
*Always check your size before placing order. We cannot do a refund or exchange if incorrect size is ordered.

CUSTOMIZING:
**Please choose carefully, as we will not accept any cancellation, refund, replacement for a customer choosing wrong font style.
*We accept custom texts, simple-one colored graphics (with additional charge), simple-one colored logos(with additional charge).
*For both sides, there will be additional charge, please contact us prior to ordering.
*Please feel free to message us if you have questions or concerns.

PROCESSING TIME:
*Please allow us 3 to 5 business days for designing, printing and pressing.
*Business days means Monday- Friday.
*Processing time doesn’t include shipping time.

SHIPPING:
*We use poly bag for packaging.
*FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for purchases over $35.
*Packages are shipped via USPS First Class (Est. delivery time 3-6 business days)
*Tracking number will be provided.
*Upgrading to Priority mail and Priority Express shipping is available at check out.
*An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
*Please note that we do not ship on Sundays.
*Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
**Shipping times are estimates by USPS and are not guaranteed. Please note that USPS guarantees overnight shipping method, ONLY.
*We will not be responsible from non- delivered items, if customer fails to inform us in the stated hours above.
**We kindly remind you that once we drop off your package in USPS facility, we will have no control over the package anymore. Therefore we will not responsible for items delayed by USPS and will not issue refund for items not received by a certain date. If you experience any issue with your package, please contact your local USPS facility.
*We ship our items to all countries. Buyer is responsible for all custom costs and/or other payments that may apply.
*For overseas buyers, please be warn that customs can delay packages up to 6 weeks, even though it is rare, but still can happen.

REFUND:
Because all items are custom made just for you, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
You will be eligible for refund or replacement if:
*T-shirt size is wrong (you wanted size A, we send size B) and you have proof.
*T-shirt color is wrong (you wanted color A, we send color B) and you have proof.
*Text color is wrong (you wanted color A, we send color B) and you have proof.
*Design is wrong (you wanted design A, we send design B) and you have proof.
*Text is wrong (you wanted text A, we send text B) and you have proof.

***Other then the reasons in the list above, we won’t be offering refunds or exchanges. Please purchase seriously.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow the instructions for a long lasting sweatsuits.
* Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors.
*Only non-chlorine bleach.
*Tumble dry low or lay flat (recommended)
*Medium iron.
*Do not iron decoration directly. Place a thin cotton fabric on decoration and iron without steam on low heat.
* Do not dry clean.
